Lafayette Federal’s Audio Response System enables members to interact with the system using voice commands or by entering touchtone codes that are stated during the call, eliminating the need to memorize codes or consult a list!  The voice commands are also stated during the call to remind members how to interact with the system during each session.

LFCU Members can access their accounts using a phone or mobile phone to obtain real-time information on any of their Lafayette accounts, other than mortgage loans, 24 hours a day, seven days a week through Audio Response. Audio Response is a computer-generated system that is password protected to ensure that your account information is safe and secure. 

With Audio Response you can:
