To sign up, log into your Online Banking account and click on Bill Payments. Verify your member information is correct and then click enroll!
We are pleased to offer LFCU Bill Pay. Paying all of your bills online in one convenient location is much more efficient than paying them the traditional way. No checks. No stamps. No mounds of paper to sort through and file. Imagine not having to rummage through piles of mail to find the bills you need, or running out to buy stamps to mail your payment. Managing your monthly bills just got a whole lot easier!
With Bill Pay, you can:
- Pay anyone, anytime, anywhere
- Maintain one central page for all your bill paying needs
- Many payments can be processed on the same day or next day. And, the online calendar tool will help you schedule your payments
- Set a bill reminder to email you when a payment is made, or to let you know that an upcoming bill needs to be scheduled
- Keep funds in your account until the due date of your payment, in most cases.
- Begin setting up payees and start making payments immediately after enrolling.
- Easily review past payments and sort them by payee.
- Cancel a payment up to the date is scheduled to go out.
Plus, the monthly fee is only $5 to pay an unlimited number of bills. And your first month is on us! So why not give it a try?
How to Enroll
You must be a online banking user in order to enroll in Bill Pay. To register for Online Banking, click here. There is a "Bill Pay" link on the Online Banking home page. |
When you enroll, Lafayette will send 2 small credits and a debit of an equal amount to your account in order to verify your account number. You must then log into your LFCU Bill Pay account and go to the "My Profile" screen in order to confirm your account. Your LFCU account must be confirmed before you can schedule payments that total over $150. To confirm your account:
- Access your new Bill Pay account on the
business day after you enroll.
- Locate 2 transactions labeled "WebPay
Account Confirmation."
- Type the amount of each WebPay deposit
into the "Payment Account Confirmation" box on
the "My Profile" screen.

Online Customer Service
The correct procedure to resolve any bill payer issue is to log into your bill payer account, scroll down to “Bill History” at the bottom of the “Recent Payments” section on the main page, click on “View Detail” next to the transaction in question, and click on “Payment Inquiry”. This will bring you to a form which will allow you to describe the problem and allow for the tracing of the transaction. After 2-3 days you should check your messages in the bill payer to review the results of the inquiry.
How to Cancel
If you wish to cancel your Bill Pay account, log into your bill pay account, click on “My Profile” at the top of the page and select “Cancel Service”. |
