Online banking will be unavailable starting on Friday, December 8th at 9 p.m. ET until Saturday, December 9th at 9 a.m. ET.
Will I be able to perform financial transactions at Lafayette Federal ATMs?
Yes, Lafayette Federal ATMs will be functioning during the system upgrade.
Can members still use their debit and credit cards for purchases during this period?
Yes, the system upgrade will not affect Lafayette Federal ATMs, or debit and credit card transactions.
I have bill payments scheduled online. Will they be paid on schedule?
All online bill payments will be made as scheduled. However, if you need to schedule an online payment, it will need to be complete before or after the online outage period. No online payments will be able to be scheduled during the outage. Online payments will need to be scheduled either before or after the upgrade.
Will branches be open on Saturday, December 9th?
No, all Lafayette Federal branches will be closed on Saturday, December 9th.
