Bringing Holiday Cheer to Greenbelt Children
Lafayette Federal Credit Union is proud to sponsor the annual Shop with a Cop event in Greenbelt. This heartwarming tradition pairs local police officers with children from Greenbelt schools for a meaningful holiday shopping experience. Kids receive a budget to buy gifts for their families and themselves, then enjoy a fun ride in police cruisers — lights and sirens included — before heading to lunch and wrapping their gifts together.
Through this event, we’re helping make the season brighter and strengthening bonds within the Greenbelt community — a commitment we’re honored to continue this year.
