¹Must visit each Lafayette Federal booth and receive a stamp from each station. Stations will be numbered, corresponding with stamp areas on stamp card. Stamp card must be completed to be entered into Shred Day prize drawing. Must be at least 18 years old to enter drawing. No purchase necessary. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Individuals who submit multiple stamp cards or an incomplete stamp card will be disqualified. Lafayette Federal is not responsible for any entries which are
incomplete, submitted late, misdirected, lost, or illegible. On Wednesday, July 19, 2023, Lafayette Federal will conduct a random drawing and select four (4) winners from all qualified entries submitted on July 15, 2023. All prizes will be awarded. List of winners will be maintained at the Norman Cohen Building of Lafayette Federal Headquarters. The odds of winning depend on the total number of qualified entries submitted. Lafayette Federal will notify prizewinners personally by either telephone or email. It shall be the responsibility of entrants to provide a valid telephone number and valid email address with their entry submission in order to be eligible to collect the prize. Lafayette Federal Credit Union employees, family members, and volunteers are not eligible.
