If you need to dispute an incorrectly posted debit card transaction, please contact us by email at cardservices@lfcu.org or by phone at (301) 929-7990 or (800) 888-6560.

Transactions must be reported within 60 days of the statement period in which the transaction occurred. Your card will remain open while the dispute is processed.

Immediately report your card lost/stolen by calling (888) 918-7802, or (636) 722-7111 collect if you are outside of the U.S. Fill out our Debit Card Fraud form and send back to Card Services at cardservices@lfcu.org, fax to (240) 747-3376, or mail to 2701 Tower Oaks Boulevard, Rockville, MD 20852, attn. Card Services.

A notarized signature is required for all ATM fraud claims. Transactions must be reported within 60 days of the statement period in which the transaction occurred.
