Throughout his career, he has helped businesses navigate financing opportunities, support their day-to-day needs, plan for the future, and reach their goals. His experience spans both commercial and retail banking, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the financial needs of businesses at every stage of development.

As Vice President of Business Services, Martin plays a key role in growing and developing Lafayette Federal Credit Union’s Business Banking Program. Using his extensive experience in commercial lending, business banking, and operational leadership, he helps expand the credit union’s business banking capabilities and ensure its services continue to meet the changing needs of business members.
