Hosting annual events
We’ve hosted annual community shred events since 2013.
Recycling efforts
Our recycling efforts have saves 380,415 gallons of water, 20,651 gallons of oils, 923 trees, and 163 cubic yards of landfill
Investing in solar energy
Lafayette Federal has helped finance the development of a Solar Energy Field to help accelerate the transition to clean energy.
Energy-efficient improvements
We’ve converted to using compact fluorescent lighting (energy-efficient bulbs) at our headquarter office.
Climate-friendly banking options
We encourage paperless options for our members via online applications, electronic statements, and online/mobile banking.
Discounts on eco-friendly vehicle loans
We offer discounts through our auto loan program for environmentally-friendly vehicles.
