Enrolling in Online Banking

Online Bill Pay

Paying all of your bills online, in one convenient location, is much more efficient than paying them the traditional way. No checks. No stamps. No mounds of paper to sort through and file. Imagine not having to rummage through piles of mail to find the bills you need or running out to buy stamps to mail your payment. Managing your monthly bills just got a whole lot easier!

With Bill Pay, you can:

  • Maintain one central page for all your bill paying needs.
  • Set payments to process on the same day or next day. Use the online calendar tool to help schedule your payments.
  • Set a bill reminder to email you when a payment is made, or to let you know that an upcoming bill needs to be scheduled.
  • Keep funds in your account until the due date of your payment, in most cases.
  • Begin setting up payees and start making payments immediately after enrolling.
  • Easily review past payments and sort them by payee.
  • Cancel a payment up to the date it is scheduled to go out.

To sign up, log into your Online Banking account and click on the + option > Bill Pay > Continue. Once you agree to the Terms of Service, click on the Enroll button.

Enrollment is easy as 1, 2, 3:

  1. Log into your Online Banking account
  2. Choose More > Statements
  3. Select Enroll

With the convenience of eStatements, you can receive your monthly statement in electronic format and enjoy the following benefits:

  • Available sooner than a printed statement
  • View 24 months of statement history
  • Be environmentally friendly
  • Eliminate identity theft mail interceptions
  • Encrypted and firewall protected for greater security

The credit union’s notification system through Online Banking is designed to send you up-to-date informational alerts on your account activity via email or text message.

Some of the features available to you:

  • Be alerted to Savings/Checking Accounts balances falling below a certain amount.
  • Get notified when an overdraft transfer has been made.
  • Know exactly when your deposits or withdrawals of a specific value are posted.
  • Stay on top of your loan by having notices sent out (e.g. Payment Posted, Loan Payment Not Received).

To take advantage of this feature:

  1. Log into your Online Banking account
  2. Select More > Add a New Alert
  3. Choose the account or card you wish to add an alert to
  4. Select an alert type and delivery method (email or text)
  5. Click Save.
