Lafayette Federal Credit Union Named 2026 Top Workplace by USA Today

Rockville, MD –Lafayette Federal Credit Union is proud to announce it has been named a 2026 Top Workplaces award winner by USA Today, a distinguished honor recognizing organizations nationwide for building exceptional, people-first workplace cultures. This is the third consecutive year Lafayette Federal has earned this distinction, reflecting its ongoing commitment to a strong, people‑first workplace culture. 

The USA Today Top Workplaces award is especially meaningful as it is based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential survey administered by Energage. More than 162 Lafayette Federal team members participated in the survey, providing valuable insights that directly contributed to the credit union earning this national recognition.

Winners are determined solely based on authentic employee feedback gathered through a research-backed engagement survey that measures key culture drivers—such as alignment, leadership, connection, and performance—against national benchmarks. Notably, the award is earned without judges, making it a credible, data-driven recognition that reflects the true employee experience.
