An affidavit will be mailed to the address on record and must be returned per the enclosed instructions. Transactions must be reported within 60 days of the statement period in which the transaction occurred.

New cardholders receive 50,000 reward points if you make $5,000 in purchases within the first 90 days you have your card. If your spending falls short of that mark, but you spend at least $2,500 within the first 90 days, you’ll get 20,000 points. (Ordinarily, you earn one point for each dollar you spend.)

With these payment methods, instead of using your actual credit and debit card numbers when you add your card, a unique Device Account Number is assigned, encrypted and securely stored. And when you make a purchase, the Device Account Number alongside a transaction-specific dynamic security code is used to process your payment. So your actual credit or debit card numbers are never shared with merchants or transmitted with payment.
To get started, simply download your respective app, and enter the requested information. You will then be prompted to call the phone number that appears to validate your card and complete the enrollment process. This process will take 5 to 10 minutes to complete, and you will be asked to verify your most recent transaction (so have that handy). After the merchant name and amount is provided, your card will be verified.
