Annual Member Survey Gift Card Drawing Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.  

1. DRAWING DESCRIPTION: 2025 Annual Member Survey Drawing (the “Drawing”) begins on 10/27/2025, and closes at 11:59 p.m. EST on 11/16/2025 (“Drawing Period”).
2. SPONSOR: Lafayette Federal Credit Union, 2701 Tower Oaks Blvd. Rockville, MD 20852.
3. ELIGIBILITY: A) Open to all Lafayette Federal Credit Union members who complete and submit a survey response for Lafayette Federal Credit Union’s 2025 Annual Member Survey during the Drawing Period; and are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

   B) Employees, officers, directors, and volunteers of Lafayette Federal Credit Union, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, officer, director, or volunteer, are not eligible to participate in or win this Drawing.

4. TO ENTER THE DRAWING:

A) Participants must follow the instructions in the survey. Participants must enter by 11/16/2025, at 11:59p.m. EST and are limited to a maximum of one (1) entry.

B) Please note that by submitting a survey response, Participants agree to comply with Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions to enter to win.

5. RANDOM DRAWING:

A) Ten (10) winners from all eligible entries received by the Sponsor will be chosen in a random drawing on 11/19/2025, at 2701 Tower Oaks Blvd. Rockville, MD 20852 and will be contacted via email or phone. Prize will be sent electronically via amazon.com. To claim prize, winners must have a valid email address associated with their Lafayette Federal Credit Union account. The survey submission, including the email associated with Lafayette Federal Credit Union must be submitted by 11:59p.m. EST on 11/16/2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

B) If prize is unclaimed after 11:59 p.m. EST on 11/24/2025, a replacement winner will be chosen from all eligible entries received by the Sponsor, in a random drawing on 11/25/2025, at 2701 Tower Oaks Blvd. Rockville, MD 20852, and will be contacted via phone. Prize will be sent electronically via amazon.com. To claim prize, winners must have a valid email address associated with their Lafayette Federal Credit Union account. The survey submission, including the email associated with Lafayette Federal Credit Union must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. EST on 11/16/2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

6. PRIZE:

A) One (1) $50 Amazon gift card per winner (prize is non-transferable and not for resale). All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.

7. GENERAL: If the prize is not claimed, the prize will be forfeited. The winner must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the prize for any reason. The prize will only be awarded to a verified winner. Sponsor is not responsible for providing replacement Drawing prize. No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited. 

8. GUIDELINES: By submitting an entry to the Drawing, each Participant agrees to the Official Rules. Each Participant also agrees that the Sponsor may disqualify the Participant from the Drawing if Sponsor believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, that a Participant fails to comply with these Official Rules. If Sponsor rejects any entry into the Drawing, such an entry will be disqualified and will not be considered valid. Entries into the Drawing may only be made according to the method described above. Only eligible entries actually received by the Sponsor before the end of the Drawing Period will be included in the Drawing. Incomplete, hard-to-read entries or entries with false or fictitious names will be disqualified.
