¹Lafayette Federal membership is required. Offer is valid in-branch at the Greenbelt Financial Service Center through August 31, 2024 only. Lafayette Federal will match the required par value by depositing $50 into the checking account at account opening. Member must open a Lafayette Federal checking account, debit card, and online banking to be eligible. To receive an additional $100, member must set up and maintain at least one (1) qualified direct deposit (QDD) of at least $500 per month. Qualified direct deposit is a recurring direct deposit of a paycheck, pension, Social Security or other periodic payment of at least $500 into a checking or savings account on a month-to-month basis made by an outside organization or agency. QDD must be established within 45 days of account opening. $100 will be deposited within 90 days of account opening. ²New members who open checking account, debit card, and online banking will receive a complimentary giveaway prize valued at approximately $20 (while supplies last) and all new members who open the aforementioned products by August 31, 2024 will be entered into monthly prize drawings valued at a maximum of $500. Monthly drawings will be held through September 15, 2024. The odds of winning depend on the total number of qualified entries submitted. Lafayette Federal will notify prizewinners personally by either telephone or email. It shall be the responsibility of entrants to provide a valid telephone number and valid email address with their entry submission in order to be eligible to collect the prize.
