Medical Insurance
Lafayette Federal pays 99.99% of the monthly insurance premiums for single and family coverage enrolled under the HMO plan or up to the of the HMO premium for POS subscribers.
Dental Reimbursement Program
We offer a program that covers services ranging from diagnostic and preventive care to major services including oral surgery, crowns and dentures.
Flexible Spending Accounts
We offer employees the opportunity to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible health care and dependent care (daycare) expenses through Flexible Spending Accounts.
401K Plan
Lafayette Federal’s 401k plan includes an employer match up to 4% that is fully and immediately vested, a discretionary annual profit sharing contribution, and access to a licensed financial adviser. We are committed to encouraging our employees to invest in a better tomorrow starting today.

Life & Disability Insurance
Lafayette Federal is pleased to provide employees with Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance and Basic Long and Short Term Disability Insurance at no cost to the employee. Voluntary Term Life Insurance is available for purchase to employees for themselves, legal spouses and/or dependent children.

  • Protect the privacy and confidentiality of member financial records and transactions as well as those of the credit union, and never use any information obtained in the performance of Credit Union duties as a means for making private profit.
  • Employees/volunteers are required to conduct their personal affairs in a way that avoids conflict, or even the appearance pf conflict, between the employee’s/volunteer’s self-interest and his or her duty to Lafayette Federal and its members.
